Terms of Service

By accessing and using Oliros, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Permission is granted to temporarily use Oliros for personal, non-commercial job search purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• •Modify or copy the materials
• •Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• •Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Oliros
• •Transfer the materials to another person

To protect the integrity of the platform and its users, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• •Scraping: You may not use automated tools, bots, crawlers, spiders, or scripts to access, extract, copy, or monitor any portion of the Oliros platform, its data, or its outputs — including but not limited to resumes, cover letters, job analyses, ATS scores, salary data, or any AI-generated content.
• •Unauthorized integrations: You may not build, operate, or distribute third-party tools, browser extensions, applications, or integrations that programmatically access, replicate, or redistribute Oliros content or functionality without express written authorization from Oliros.
• •API abuse: You may not access Oliros APIs, endpoints, or internal services through any means other than the official Oliros interfaces, including attempting to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
• •Data harvesting: You may not aggregate, compile, or resell data obtained from Oliros — including user-generated content, AI model outputs, benchmark data, or platform metrics — for any purpose, commercial or otherwise.
• •Competitive intelligence gathering: You may not use Oliros to systematically collect information for the purpose of building, benchmarking, or training a competing product or service.

Violations may result in immediate account termination, IP blocking, and legal action. Oliros reserves the right to seek damages and injunctive relief for any breach of this section.

You retain all rights to the content you upload to Oliros (resumes, cover letters, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.

The materials on Oliros are provided on an 'as is' basis. Oliros makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Résumés, cover letters, match scores, interview prep, and other outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before relying on or submitting it. Oliros does not guarantee any job outcome, interview, or hire.

In no event shall Oliros or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Oliros.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

New accounts include a 7-day free trial of paid features. If you upgrade to a paid plan (Starter or Momentum), your subscription begins immediately and renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. If you do not upgrade, your account moves to the free tier at the end of the trial — you are never charged automatically for simply starting a trial.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

We may change plan prices or features with reasonable advance notice; any change applies to your next billing cycle.
